How can I book a multi-sector flight?

Multi-sector flights can be booked by calling us on +44 (0) 2081450027 or ping us on our WhatsApp number +44 7466 147701. Our Travel Consultants will assist and provide you with the best option. If you will search it online, it might show you expensive.

Is my flight financially protected?

Yes, all flights booked with us are 100% ATOL protected.

How do I know that my booking is confirmed?

You will get the e-ticket within 24-48 working hours. If you did not receive the e-ticket, we shall contact you asap or you can connect with us too.

Why have you contacted me telling there is a problem with the fare quoted?

Fares are subject to availability and can be changed anytime. We get the information (both fares and availability) from third party companies which interface directly to the individual airlines. This information can occasionally go out of date. This is primarily caused by what is called 'caching' of data. These third parties and the airlines themselves keep temporary copies of the information (so they can respond quickly). If this information is not kept up to date, then problems may occur. This information is updated by those third parties and airlines which we have no control over. When we receive this information we pass this on immediately to the third parties, but cannot guarantee they will update their systems quickly. In this situation we will offer you one of three courses of action:

  • Book the same itinerary at the new price
  • Book a new itinerary (as close as we can get it)
  • Get a full refund.
Are taxes and booking fees included in the prices that you show?

Yes, all prices shown include taxes and fees.

Can I make changes or cancel my flight?

Most of the bookings are non-refundable and non-changeable (unless specified by airlines). However, if you want to choose refundable or changeable flights, you need to connect with our Travel Consultants. Higher class bookings are generally refundable and changeable (with fees)

What is your Refund Policy?

We shall apply for refund but we are unable to refund it to customer, whenever we are not getting it back from the airlines. Usually the refund from airlines may take 8-10 weeks.

Can I change my airline to another?

Airline cannot be changed. The only option to cancel your booking and use the refund for booking new flights (if any).

Can I upgrade my flight?

Yes, you can upgrade with most scheduled airlines. To find out more and get prices, either use our online chat or get in touch with our sales executive team.

How can I pay for my trip?

We have several payment options, Credit, Debit, Bank Transfer etc. For online transactions, we accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express and all debit cards. For offline transactions, you can pay by cheque or bank transfers (although sufficient time for clearance will be required).

Is there any surcharge on credit card payments?

No, there is no surcharge on credit card payments.

How can I reconfirm my flight status?

You can contact directly to the airlines 72 hours prior to departure of the flight, or you can check your booking on the website of airlines to reconfirm your flight status. You may call us on +44 (0) 2081450027 too.

How many hours prior to departure should I check in?

Most of the airlines are providing online check-in 24 hours prior to the departure of flight. Or, you can do the check-in at airport too. You need to reach at-least 3 hour prior to airport for international flight and 2 hours for domestic flights.

What is a code share flight?

Many airlines sell seats on flights not operated by themselves. They will typically create their own flight number, although the flight is operated by other airlines. Whenever possible we will inform you if the flight is being operated by another carrier. The check-in details at the airport will usually detail all the flight numbers including the code share ones.

What is an E-ticket?

An e-ticket is an electronic ticket. Most airlines now issue an e-ticket instead of a paper ticket. This has a number of distinct advantages:

  • You cannot forget or lose it.
  • It can be issued quickly.
  • At some airports, you can check-in using kiosk machines avoiding queuing.
What are the new requirements for entry to the US under the Waiver scheme?

For all customers traveling under the visa waiver scheme, you need to apply for an Electronic System for Travel Authorisation (ESTA) prior to travel. This applies to UK passport holders along with a number of other countries.
